ORMOSOL paints are used for coating glass, ceramics and metal. Most ORMOSOL types are coloured transparent varnishes. However, matt effects and metallic effects are also available. Some ORMOSOL types are also suitable for colourless functional layers. ORMOSOL colours are mainly coloured with pigments. In contrast to dye colourings, pigment colourings offer a higher security against bleeding of the colourant. Depending on the colour shade, a slightly lower brilliance of the paint layer has to be accepted.
